    Default MHZ Gecko Creek Runner

Here's Vid of my Mhz Gecko running in the only open water close by, the creek. I took the brushless set up out of this boat and put a 480 MIG brushed motor w/20a esc. The prop is a 29mm graupner(not the 27mm I put on the vid) with a 9.9v Life 1100mah battery to power it. Sure it's faster if I used a 11.1v lipo, but I'd chasing it down the creek all the time and not running it. I'd rather have a little control this time of year.

Hey Jesse, The Gecko is 13 1/2 in long. It is the most fun you can stand in such a small package.

Spring creek stays gernerally the same level most of the year except during spring run off and raining or melting snow. Right now it's probably at it's lowest point. It's spring fed about 5 miles from town and also where Lewistown gets it's water from. That's the main reason it doesn't have ice around the edges because of how warm it is already coming out of the ground. When we ran last Sunday it was little higher than it is now, but it's still in good shape. Just have to watch out for some of the rocks.

Right now we have a good foot of snow and still snowing. The wind is supposed blow harder tonite & tomorrow so we could have 3-5 ft drifts by tomorrow. I already have 2-3 ft one in front of my shop. Just more plowing out tomorrow.
