Default Dual charger or two single chargers?

    Hi,
I like the idea of a dual charger to save time, however, the one I'm looking at
    1) does not have AC power
    2) is really expensive

I could get two single chargers (with AC and DC power input) for the price of the dual charger-- any reason why I should really stick with the dual? Some sort of cross pack balancing perhaps (if there is such a thing)?

Note, I plan to do my charging at home vs. field which is why I want AC input.

I recommend two chargers! If you have a dual charger and it craps out, you have NO charger! AC input is nice but you can always get a power supply for when you're at home. I don't like all the extra cords on the dual power setups. With a power supply, you can power more than one charger so long as you don't exceed the amp rating of the supply.

Just my opinion. Others may differ.

I like the dual charger because it simplifies the wires I need to have around, saves space in my kit, and puts all my charging in one place. I plan to buy another dual charger this winter. I wonder if I'm going back where I started?
