    Default WTB: Outboard hardware

I need everything except the lower leg and steering hardware, although I guess I could use some extra streeing hardware. But I need the electric converstion plate. spacers, and everything else.

They are rare but do pop up. You are looking for one of the belt drive Hugley units right?

No, I am using a Irwin 3.5 lower unit, so it's just like a K&B. I just need the converstion plate coupler flex shaft, stub, ect. Pretty much I need exactly what Fuller is selling minus the leg. I was just trying to be "cheap" about it.

Hey Tom, my insurance guy says he has a old "vintage" outboard motor like the EP-1 from what he has discribed. He says it's about 20 years old and he got it from his father and never even took it out of the box. He is going to bring it by and give it to me sometime this week. He says it look brand new, shiny and everything but it's about 20 or so years old. I'll send you some pics when I get it since you like the old vintage stuff. I think I am going to keep it on my desk here at work or something but it should be interesting.
