2010 D-13 P-Spec Classes

After many discussions this year, this is what were doing for 2010.

LSH, P-Spec O/B Tunnel, P-Spec Hydro.

Motors SV, BJ, and UL-1. Any cells, 1P configuration. The change is, any ESC up to and including 125 amps.

PS Let's keep looking for a another motor suitable for these classes should we have availability issues with current motors.
