Very Nice and clean. Looks good.
Government Moto:
"Why fix it? Blame someone else for breaking it."
You sure did pay a pretty penny for that radio tray and servo mount.
Ouch!

Very nice. Very clean, bet she is fast
Very neat installation. Do you seal your hatch with tape, or are you going to try the sealing strip that Kintec sells? Also, is that the Grim prop or another make?
I have really enjoyed my SV.
I made the servo tray myself. You have to use tape always! I filled the hole in the hatch with glass and sealed every thing good. Jan at Kintech Racing did the Carbon for me He did a Great job. Thats a Grim prop but I have some carbon too
Yeah I had the raw materals at home so I made one he uses areomarine servo mounts I made some when I raced my gas Cat.
Hi I'm going to try this setup and see how it works much cleaner than the other one lower CG and more balanced side to side It's been too cold to use it hope it warms up a little next week so I can let you know how it runs
Looks good, dont blow the cap on the esc, might take the battery with it.

Nothing wrong with supporting Kintec. Jan has been very helpful with some questions that I had, also super fast shipping to my state (SC). Just as OSE has been with me as well.Looks like thats about the only thing you didnt buy from Kintec.
I think the setup looks extremely neat and tidy. After I get my DF 25" going I'm going to do a complete overhaul of my SV.....if I can get some of my aircraft stuff sold!!!!
Cool I got mine running with some Ni Mh Intellect 3800 but I got some new stuff and Lipos hope it runs better Pray for some warmer weather next week I'll thet you all know how it runs. Can some one tell me any stories of blown Caps on speed control? Thanks
looks good
Carbon fiber reinforced hull. Jan at Kintech did it for me really nice job. I ran her today with some other lipos I got on Ebay 5000 30c ran well 32mph with a 42mm prop. Going to try 45mm next time need more lipos I think I will try Turnigy or Zippy this time. i have some 3800 35c hard case I use in my Losi XXXT-CR truck I'll let you all know how that goes.
Ok, thanks. What did you pay for that job? I have ordered a lot of stuff from Jan and he really know the SV27. :)
I'm not sure you should call him. He's cool I got my boat from him.

SV is looking good Wizard. Can't wait to see that thing in action. I see you changed the water jacket from the above pics and also is that a traxxas servo?!? What grim prop is that a 40*52, did you do the S&B yourself?
Ya I do my best I have a Top Flight magnet balancer I get them close. Have you bought any B&S from any one? They always are out of stock I emailed OSE and hope to try a X440/3 or maybe a cut down X447/3 to a 443 can anyone help me with this one?
Yea i actually bought a x440/3 s&b from ose a few weeks ago. i think i grab the last one actually. Right now its on my ul-1. I love the CF props for my SV. Right now the CF45 is my fav, but I also have a Cf40 & cf42. Hey Kintec has a x440/3 in stock right now and their is a guy on this forum named egneg who does good work with s&b. I never used him but a bunch a racers seem to really enjoy his work. He is on my friends list and when I get a few differert props I plan on using him.

I bought a radar gun today on Amazon.com so if you lose your gps in the front of your hull we can shave a few ounces and maybe get another mph out of your SV. The grim prop you have i think is pretty similar to an x440/3, not sure though.
Those two props are suppose to be the same?
Yea that's what I thought. Once i get some more $$$ I want to get a grim 40*57/3 maybe 38*55 and get egneg to s&b for me. Did you check out the link?
what about a 42mm 3 blade prop?

Hi who makes a 42mm 3 ?
I have a B220 but I haven't tried it yet hope to try all my props tomorrow. Let you know how I make out. I have some questions about strut angle I have mine set at 1.5 to 2 deg pos measured at the keel you almost can't tell without a straight edge ruler or does it have to be 0deg all the time? I have even read post that said make it neg. Wouldn't that make it run wet?
Cool, I. Just did a SV overhaul tonight. I need to do some testing tomorrow myself. let me know if you want to meet tomorrow wizard, I have to drive towards uptown anyway.
