That is very awesome.. One question, is the camera mounted inside the cockpit of the tri-prop plane remote controlled also? Im curious as to how it is moving..

Very nice professional looking video. Love the cockpit shots and the ariel shots. Lots of time went into that one.

The filming, the planes with amazing detail, the technology, the editing (hours of it) the scenery. All of it is so amazing except one thing.....

With a lake that large and flat I am sure you guys could have run a pair of 100mph cats across the water and chased it with the plane.

Seriously, that is quite something to watch (the planes, that is )
    See it....find the photos.....sketch it it....build it........with wood

I don't want to hijack this thread, yet Simon's post made me have to post the following link.
I don't know if some of you have seen this video already, and although it's not a plane but a copter, still it is mostly what Simon described he would like to see...

That was nice but the shots are unsteady. That is what makes the first one spectacular. I have done a bunch of onboard stuff and just to get a good shot is hard when you can't see whats being recorded.

That is one fast boat though.

That is part of the "secret" in the first one, he can se what is being recorded. If you look at 2:12 on the second link in the first post, you can see how.

He is using a monitor to view realtime through the camera. Anyway a great video
