Those MHZ Ms Madisons are terrific little hulls, here in the UK we have mini mono and mini hydro classes for hulls under 450mm (about 18") long with a 2s battery of under 110g (around 2000mah) with 5 min races and no mill, last year a ms Madison won the nats by a considerable margin beating all the riggers and my cat into a cocked hat, I came second but was lapped several times in each heat, after that one of our local guys bough one and that performs very well too but the best thing is that he put a flood chamber down the left side and with all the scale superstructure, cabin, inlet, exhaust, fake saltwater inlet extension and a little lead in the flood chamber it is selfrighting!

R2 hobbies has a little shovel nose.

Also keep OSE in mind, they also carry the minicatracing hydro and have one in stock.

I bought a delta force mini used on the swap shop and completely rebuilt it, now it is styling and the thing flys. Incredible how well it does in offshore conditions! I have to get a build thread up and video of that one.

What kind of motor do you have? My mini is very tight and it houses a 380l with a 380/540 mount, sv controller with external lipo cutoff and 2200 3s.

Just in case you do not know I have two designs, a dropped sponson and a pickel fork with turbine cowell, old school cowel and smooth cowel. I also build micro riggers on request. I need to spend some time and finish my DS Hydro.

I do fiberglass and CF on special order.

Trent Hare was the Micro Hydros.com starter, my good bud, he died a few years back we really miss him. I was at his wake with Bill Oxdean, Dan Chase and Joe Slany. Truely sad loss.
