Anything happening in the Ft. Meyers, FL. area this week?

I'm going to be in Ft. Meyers today, until Nov. 11.

Is anything going on, or any regular fun runs happening? I would love to see/meet some of you folks from "down south." I'll have a rental car at my disposal.

There is a fun run every Sunday in Fort Myers. 6 mile cypress road, one mile east of SR 41. Beside the Sherriff's station. Lots of gas and nitro guys, no electric guys though.

At least a dozen, sometimes 20. Just fun run/tuning, no course.

I had a great visit (albeit a short visit). The group that you play are great - a friendly bunch too. I don't know what I liked better, the boats, or the rolling workshops that your group brings with them when they play.

It was great watching the guys run their boats in the winds of Ida.

Thanks for the invite, if anyone else is in the area, this is a fun bunch to spend time with in Fort Myers.
