Thanks, I finished the sponsons last night, just have to check all the joints and finish sand and prep for paint. Not sure what color to paint tho.

One thing I just noticed on yours, flip the motor mounting screws around. Otherwise they will interfere when you try to put in the battery.

Total length from bullet nut tip to sponson tip is 15 3/4" and the width is 9"

I took her for a rip today but I wont elaborate on that, I'd rather forget that run.

K thanks. Glad to hear that before I finished and charged my battery and was ready to go and realize that lol. It might be a few weeks before I can buy the hardware and finish it. OSE is out of stock anyways on the hardware kit, and I got to keep the wife happy, she don't like what this hobby does to the bank account lol

Ok, also what servo works good, I see that a hitec hs-55 works but am not familiar with that servo. I want one that will center good, I had a rc18t mini truck and the mini servo wouldn't return to center, it was always off.

Mine has the S241 Sub-Mirco Servo. I'd also consider the e-flite S75 sub-micro servo too.

Just bought the e-flite s75 sub-micro servo $13.99 shipped from rcsuperstore on ebay. Does anyone know when the hardware kits are going to be available from OSE?

Here is a updated pic of my progress, still havent fixed the motor screws yet lol. Kind of waiting for the hardware kit before I go much further.

I set the throttle trigger to 50/50 travel, put the throttle trim down to the lowest setting. Turn on the radio, and plug in the esc, wait for it to beep once, then go to I hit the throttle, and wait for it to beep again and it works.

The last few times I tried to send him a email, yahoo sent me a message telling me it couldn't be sent. I don't know why because he sent me a email after he shipped the boat. I tried a bunch of times so I just called him. I was using that same email address.

Did you question him about it while you had him on the phone?
