That was just from the first page of a Google Seach on "Classic Runabout"...

It's a neat little boat. I tested the prototype a few months ago at the pond across from my house and it was very scale-like in operation (read: it's not a race boat). It gets onto plane very easily but it doesn't go nutso, and you won't be putting 5000mAH into it. I will probably get one to go along with the Bootlegger that I'm (about to restart) working on for my wife's mantle decoration.

What really boggled me was how nicely the woodworking is done. All that mahogany (it's REAL WOOD over glass) is planked nice and tight, no gaps. That's not easy.

I would say the same thing even if I didn't work there. It's just a NICE boat.

I have their Classic Runabout now and it is surprising how well it is finished. We have a guy in our club that builds them from scratch and from 5 feet away, you can't really tell the difference between his and this one, except the girl driving mine has way more hair

Just don't try and parallel two 2S packs in it or you'll be replacing the ESC and motor

    Don't ask.
