Battery check low voltage error

I am using a Venom dual charger. I am charging 4S LiPO batteries and it keeps showing an error that says battery check low voltage and will not charge. Battery voltage is 3.8 on two of the cells and 3.9 on the other two. I am using a y harness to charge the 2 s batteries together along with a jst Y adapter.

What if you try charging each pack by itself, without any Y harnesses, on a 4S charge mode?

change setting to nimh charge to it hits 4V. then switch charger back to lipo

Charge each 2S pack buy itself. then join together as 4S and balance charge.
