Nick,
Try Ned Schmidt here on the forums. He made a couple for me a few years back when I was building micros.
Take care,
John
Sorry Nick, he's listed under N.H. Schmidt.
Tell the old buzzard I said hi!

I will make you one. Aluminum, tapped for 6-32 set screws, two per end opposed to each other (thru tapped), you want 5/16 or 1/2" aluminum?
I need OAL and how deep the larger diameter needs to be. I think I can make it Monday, might be tuesday and I will mail it out to you.
I just made one on Friday, .093 flex to 2.26mm motor (2632 mystery)
what do you have with a 2.3mm shaft that is not the motor?
Brian
OK here you can see the 1/8" shaft on the motor and the 2.3mm prop shaft...you can also see the coupler that came with the prop shaft it had 2.3mm on both ends but I tried to drill one end out to 3.2mm but ruined it...the coupler you see here is about 15/16" long and has a 9/32" diameter

The 6-32 wasn't a quantity, it's the size. Quantity was four - 2 on each end drilled through. And that is a good arrangement. You'll want at least 2 screws on each end to be able to balance the coupler to minimize vibration. I usually ask for three (spaced 120 degrees apart) when the application is a jet drive. Jeff Wohlt does a bangup job on these, I've had several made up for me in the past.
Shoot me your address, it will mail out tomorrow. That is the second time I needed a 2.3mm drill bit so I ordered one, will be in tomorrow. The rest of it is done but I need to drill it out the last .002" for 2.3mm. Hopefully it will work, when I make them I usually have the shaft and motor here to trial fit them. The one I made for my mini hydro I just used a .093 bit, but it felt loose.
Let me know how you like that motor. I have the 2350kv version in my 1/16 hydro and it seems to work well.

I received the coupler from befu about a week ago and worked absolutley perfect.....very nicely done
thanks befu
