supervee 27 Help please

So I broke my stock flex cable and i got new one from kinetic racing but my stock stuffing tube I tried getting stock teflon liner out and one came out but other wont budge, so i really messed it up and i measured stock stuff tube its measured o.d 7/32 does it sound right? I thought I could pull off a trick with brake line but nope no go there. So rumors supervee is 1/4 tubing but my isnt its 7/32. So does that mean .130 teflon tubing? Thanks folks and I hope my stock was just going bad after i did put about 9,000rpm unloaded to system.
