water proofing the Seaking 180A ESC ... my way

I found out that with my previous 180A ESC the water passed under the cooler in this spot:

So I've decide to seal my new ESC with 3m Dp270 Clear Epoxy.

This is what I've done to make it water proof
I've started with the epoxy as it is on this side:

This stuff need some temperature to polymerize. . . At least 30°C and also it has a very low viscosity and don't stay were I put it.
So I've experimented to thicken the resin with these microballoons: http://www.offshoreelectrics.com/search.php
The yellow spots are with the microballoons and I needed the yellow scotch anyway

I'm new at this but what about the heat that is generated.

As long has he has adequate cool water flow I'd say he will be fine. I would have used LET but nice job!!

Max temp so far was 140F and everything is OK.
What is LET?

liquid electrical tape, it comes in spray and brush on.
diesel used it and ran a receiver in a bottle of water to prove how good it works!

I used "plastic dip" Works great and is easy to remove if necessary.

Looks great though! Good job.
