TFL Pursuit - Carbon Fiber Hull & Hardware
This is a used carbon fiber TFL Pursuit 32" long Mono. It was built from bare hull by myself. Boat was used for a couple seasons of racing and was very competitive in P-Limited Mono. Had some first-place finishes and finished second in season total points for offshore class. Boat has taken some hits but is strong as a tank with the inlays. Would make an excellent Full P Mono. There was a hit which caused a chip in the clear epoxy on the bottom which has been repaired. Bottom has been scuffed/sanded with 400 grit paper.
It has a full inlay of plain weave 3k carbon fiber cloth with West Systems Epoxy on the hull and hatch. Expandable 2-part polyurethane waterproof flotation foam in the front and on hatch. Motor mount is Kintec Racing X-Long 2 axis aluminum includes water cooled motor mounting plate with 36mm and 40mm tail rings included. Center mounted carbon fiber ecs mount and battery tray. Flex shaft is a 1pc 3/16 with collet end soldered including a 5mm collet, stainless steel drive-dog and aluminum bullet nut. Waterproof 20kg high-torque servo. Stern hardware is RC Boat Bitz/TFL with the strut recently replaced brand new and never used. Dual pickup rudder is sharpened. Previous dual water outlet has been removed and epoxied. Includes two (2) new water outlets for mounting in desired location. Wired Racing vinyl is custom and one of a kind designed and applied by myself. I can remove prior shipping if you'd like it bare.
Also includes: An additional fiberglass hatch which has also been re-enforced with fiberglass cloth. This hatch is white in color for more visibility and can be used with GPS, Spare one-piece flex shaft with drive dog and bullet nut. Cut to length with end soldered, Spare dual pickup rudder.
