Recommendations for p-limited offshore boat (NAMBA legal)

Hello:

I am new to the hobby and am putting together a gas mono, but also am intrigued by FE. I was at a recent race, and watched all the classes, and liked what they called "P-Limited Offshore"

I'd like to pick up a boat in that class that could race in the next race with the least amount of modification as the race is soon. I think I'd want to eventually move to P-Offshore but for now this would get my feet wet and keep me busy while I learn how to drive the boats.

Any recommendations for a boat that is NAMBA legal for p-limited offshore and mostly complete out of the box? I do own a radio/extra receivers/decent charger already.
