Revolt Repair from Crash

Yesterday I was running my revolt and it hit something near the surface of the water. The rudder broke back and the epoxy broke on the left side of the left battery tray. No major damage was done that I can see, but there is a crack at the top of the transom above the rudder bracket. How do I repair this?

On a side note, this was my first run with the gps and I hit 51.5. The boat was bobbing up and down on the right side down the straightaways. To avoid this I had to correct it by turning slightly. Anyone know what might be the cause of this?
