Spartan Build, sourcing parts in the US

I aquired a Spartan body with the black tray and hatch sometime ago but nothing else. I am looking to build it out, I have an old pursuit with the Hobbywing 180A ESC and a Leopard 4074 motor. I have one 2200 and one 1774kv of the leopards. I'm thinking of doing the 1774 and running 4s and 6s interchangeably. My biggest issue right now is getting the hardware for the back in silver in the US. I found a seller in Australia with the parts but I'd rather order something from the US if possible. I really just need the adjustable strut, upgraded 3/16" shaft, liner and tube that fit the 3/16" shaft. I also need the rudder preferably with the dual intake.

Does anyone know someplace that sells these parts in silver and at least in North America?
