If you own the motor Im sure scott will pm u I hope. I know hes been missing but he has responded to all my personal request. I guess in a way I understand. When u have the guts to try to put your own product out there ur subject to scrutiny.That scrutiny can hurt and will discourage one from continuing on. So for myself Im going to apologize to the guys @ screamer cause trying to do your own thing I found out isnt all that easy.I can tell you this though if you had the numbers when you look at the data above 12s on this motor you will buy one. So my bad fellas.

Since the castle esc's don't work with this motor, will the swordfish 240hv esc work? Has anyone run one with the screamers motor? I am trying to finish my mono build and just need an esc that is going to work.

Never ran run one but a swordfish is a 240 amp continuous esc. Thats real healthy so it should handle it no problem.The castle situation I think is a mystery to everyone.

Well I have a little screamers motor on its way..... I'm gonna be trying it in my Delta Force Sniper...... what should the timing be set at Little Screamers? and what should it be set a for a scorpion 4035/800.... I have been told by someone that 15 degrees timing on the scorpion otherwise it runs hot... is this true... I think I only ran 7 degrees last time and she got hot... hot enough to burn up and take everything out on a modest prop.......

15 degree for the scorpion is right. I did the math on the pole/stator cofiguration. Ru gonna go 14s?

I run an HK4025/6 on 6S1P, the motor definitely runs better on 15 degrees advance and 8 hHz switching frequency. This is what the US distributor recommended - surprise, it works! Far better than relying on what "someone" may have said....

Thanks Fluid..... maybe those "someones" are whats getting me in trouble! LOL.... anyhow I am going to start on 10s2p 10,000 mah poly rc's 30c's and then 11s2p 10,000 mah poly rc's 30c's..... baby steps for me:) I will also run it through a Turnigy Monster 2000 upfitted with liquid cooling and waterproofed.... also may try my schulze on it after I get the set up close..... rather burn up a $200 esc then a $550 one.....:)

Hey guys I ran the boat yesterday with the LS motor in it about the 3rd or 4th run on the new cells. I was not able to get a GPS on it but it was between 60 and 70MPH this run. motor is getting better! It look so cool what a screamer!

Yeah when I fired mine up the whole boat stand wanted to torque over youre right its very strong.Randy You have yours boxed in. Were you planning a fan for cooling or is that for protection of some sort.If its protection line it with kevlar cloth.Heres a shot of mine mounted in place.
