WTB: 1/4" STUB shaft only!

I am looking for custom or otherwise a 1/4" stubb shaft that is BOTH turned down to 3/16" for smaller props AND is drilled out to only 3/16"

I want to start with 3/16" cable and I don't want to shim things up in a 1/4" drive stinger.
