Well I used no more than the 442 on my 12l and it ran 48.2mph..

This 13l is a lower RPM motor.. so I was planing on running an x445, 4s.

                      Nate,
Have a few questions for you:

                      1. How bad is that crack in the hull its hard to tell from the pics and any other issues?
                      2. It is RTR except radio and lipos right?
                      3. How would you expect this boat to run on 3S and would it handle 6S (new to the hobby and still learning)
                      4. Would you consider $150 Shipped to 13204 NY?

Hate to lowball but had to offer
I'm not just tirekicking, definitely interested and have money in hand.
                      Thanks in advance;
                      -James

Well Im sorry I cant go 150.00. Id let it go with the radio system that it came with, and a set of smc 7.4v lipos for 235.00 Ready to run.

The crack in the hull does not leak, and shouldnt stress anymore than it has already.. I ran apoxy and resin down the side.. so unless your running 48mph and it take a nice hit Id say it will be fine.

Other than that there are no other problems.. this boat is fairly new... great boat to start out on as well...

As for the lipo use... No the 45amp esc thats in this boat will not take two 3 cell lipos together... neither 2) 6 cell lipos together.

Start off on two 7.4v lipos in series... or 4s1p....

Ill include the connectors to run the 2 lipos together...

or Ill sell just the boat for no lower than 170.00 with no radio..

                        Hope this comes in help!

Nate, Thanks for the quick response and patience with a newcomer.

I have the radio gear here, but thanks for the offer... but all of my 7.4lipos are small packs that wouldn't be up for the job.

How bad would performance be on 3S1P (I have several 4400 20c 3S) until I got some new 7.4s,

and is the crack completely through the hull and patched on the inside?

Yes its clean sealed inside with AP./RES.

Umm lets just say with a big prop..which You will need... Id say 3s might push 33-35mph..maybe..
