I've never been a fan of glueing in motor mounts of any type. It makes it difficult to work on the boat or make adjustments to the motor location. Nor do I like the slotted angle adjustments. They always seem to move over time creating a mis-alignment between the stuffing tube and your flex shaft.
Becuase of this, I have a small quantity (12) of Thru Hull Bottom Mount Motor Mounts for sale. These are designed for P-Limited sized motors in mind but will accept shorter 40mm motors using an OSE style cooling jacket. https://www.offshoreelectrics.com/pr...d=tfl-532b42-a

Design Features:
- 1/4" Aluminum face plate with 8 couterbored mouting holes, allowing you to clock the motor into your desired orientation. Also doubles as a heat sink pulling heat out of the motor.
- Fixed 10 degree. (I also have 8 and 12 degree designs that can requested)
- Thru hull mouting with 6-32 threaded brass inserts
- Verticals are printed from Black PETG material
- Narrow mount design to allow more room for battery placement. Mount is 2.30" wide
- Each mount will include a printed drill jig with alignment aids.
