41" Cat - Dual Stingers with all running hardware!

Up for sale is my 41" Cat that I built over the course of a year last year. I spent a lot of time reinforcing this for high speeds and that I would not have any hull issues with rough water. Needless to say, it's VERY strong and will take anything you throw at it now.

The hull started as a 41" Cat from HOR Racing. It is a 41" long catamaran hull that was molded with fiberglass/kevlar and then I split it in half and added 2 extra layers of carbon fiber ontop of it, joined the halves again and another layer over the seam. Then it was finished and painted with tough automotive paint and clearcoat.

For the drive systems are two stinger drives, 3/16" flex shafts and collet couplers included. The large rudder is also included with dual push/pull cable systems for big steering power! I've also made some battery trays out of carbon fiber and aluminum, along with the motor mounts which are carbon fiber. The servo mount is also included. In the back I've put a digital readout for voltage so you can see what voltage you're at without having to remove the hatch cover. The hatch cover also has quick release connectors on it for a tight and solid fit!

I had 2 Leopard 1800kv motors in this and was able to easily get speeds of 50-60+ with not even close to maxing it out. Ran out of lake to try anything faster!

    Looking for $300 shipped.

Correct, all you would need are the electronics/motors.

Here's a better pic of one of the sides which shows the motor mount:

Looks good I'm interested ,what size cans were the leopard motors ? Did you run 6 s each ?will the motor mounts accept the larger 4072 or 4092 motors ?

Just making sure you have counter rotating flex drives and couplers ,

I ran Leopard 4082 1800kv motors. There's a little more space in there but I'm not sure if it would fit a 4092, but it may.

Yes, the shafts are counter rotating flex drives and couplers.

            I ran 2 Swordfish Pro 220 amp - 6s lipo ESC's with a 6S battery for each motor.

Pickup is on the bottom, flush mounted on each transom. The outlet is the two pipes coming out the back on either side on the top.

And yes, I velcro'ed in the batteries in the trays I made, which are in each side.

Don't haggle price over PM my friend...bad things happen! Keep it public and do yourself a solid by doublechecking the rules.

No worries at all my friend. I got ripped apart last year (I was new and didn't read the rules) and was banned shortly after buying my first boat and selling an esc. They take the rules very seriously so I wanted to save you the headache. Any attempt to discuss pricing outside of the thread will result in a ban...I found out the hard way. :)
