includes all hardware..seaking 120 amp speedo, waterproof servo, flex shaft and a cut and balanced 447 prop, all you will need to race is your motor and receiver, will also throw in a set of aero model 6700mah 90c batteries..little puffy but still strong, sponsons have been redesigned by myself to add stability and angle of attack, boat is a proven performer, videos can be seen on site..there are a couple of blemishes shown in pictures..but will also include the house of color yellow touch up..
