My best estimate is approximately 30 cycles including wake up cycles on the bench (40 at max).

Ok Tom, thanks for info... I became part of the TP buyers club and checking out the new 55c packs as well...

Same amount of cycles on the 4s?

Probably close to the same. But keep in mind I'm estimating on the high side just to be conservative.

I tend to replace my batteries at least once a year so none of them get close to the manufactures estimated maximum number of cycles.

Tom I will let you know, and yes I have owned a ton of TP's.... some in my planes have over 300 cycles and still going strong and rock hard with reasonable IR, in my opinion they are still the best packs available... of course that's my experience not everyones but I've tried lots of diff packs. Do you know the IR on the cells? also were they used for high amp saw type runs? lol not that it really matters as they can take it but wondering..., I'm doing my MHZ 114 up with the 4082/2200kv T180 combo and the 4s would be good for ocean chop fun runs, and the 6s for the smooth water lakes when I get there on occasion. Lastly could you cut me a deal if I took all 4 TP's?

If anyone else jumps on them have at it.... I'm still pondering and don't want to hold up Toms Sale.... these are great packs... I've lost out on good deals before

                  To answer your questions:

I also consider TP to be one of the best batteries on the market as far as quality and reliability goes. Most of the people I race with in the FE SAW community use Dinogy, Hyperion, Thunder Power and most recently SLS.

Yes, they were used for SAW racing and testing.

Sorry I don't know the IR, and for your application noted above these batteries will be ideal (your suggested setup would be a good load on both 4s and 6s setups and the T180 should do just fine....gotta love those little buggers).

And yes, I will consider a deal if you buy all four. But you'll need to make me an offer

Ok, this comment is for general consumption just to put things into proper perspective:

So, FWIW - over the last several years many of us have determined that for ultimate FE SAW results, the batteries need to be replaced approximately every other event (i.e. after only 15 - 20 SAW passes). The first 20 or so passes on any of my new batteries yields approximately 3 - 5 MPH faster results in my setups (all over 100 MPH Cats). And I believe several of my competitors have found the same result.

As such, because of the above standard I need to rotate new batteries into my inventory on a regular basis so this facilitates me selling quality used batteries on a regular basis. This in no way suggests the batteries are no longer good, just that they can no longer provide that small edge I need to stay competitive.

However, keep in mind that without precise measurement capability (i.e. celebrated electronic timing equipment used in SAW racing events or a good quality GPS perhaps) the average person/user would never notice the performance difference with the naked eye (were talking about hundredths of seconds and a few MPH in top speed - literally splitting hairs if you will).

As such, anyone with knowledge of proper FE setups should get hundreds of cycles out of these batteries providing they use them according to acceptable standards (obviously this excludes extreme situations like crashes, water damage, touching leads together, clueless ignorance of FE setups, etc).
