I don't really want to do this but if I want to finish my fantasm any time soon, then I have to. I got this awesome little boat from a member on here in on trade. I went through it and made a bunch of nice improvements to it and upgrades. It has some minor spider webs in the paint which is normal for these boats. There's no damage to it. Where the canopy "tit" went into the hull, it cracked on top, upset the sticker. That hole has been filled and better hatch retention system installed.
Here's what I've done:
-added additional two part kintec foam in the front
-buffed it out
-reinforced the motor mount
-added hatch locks to the canopy. Reinforced the underside of the canopy rails with carbon fiber. Ever flipped one of these rtr's with the weak turn lock on the canopy? Yea...it's coming off....but not now.
-added deeded partial carbon fiber inlay to the canopy, front and rear
-added deeds deduced a gps mount plate
-upgraded the size of the wire on the 80a esc to 10 gauge. Has large bullets right at the esc to connect the larger wire to the smaller factory wire
-ec5 connectors (I can change to whatever connectors you want except deans or smaller than ec5)
-took apart the stock motor. Cleaned it out. Added high quality ceramic sealed bearings and made it where the motor can be disassembled
-it has upgraded billet adjustable (with an allen) trim tabs. I made a tunnel that goes through the transom with a brass tube so you can stick an allen wrench through for adjustment.
-x642 prop
-billet antenna mount
-split cooling system (this is controversial, so I will include new water line to convert back to stock)
-factory spektrum radio and receiver.
I'm sure I'm forgetting a few things. I do have some non boat stuff for sale on another forum, of it sells first....I'm going to keep this boat. I really like it and was very surprised how well it runs. I'll take $275 shipped complete, no batteries. If you don't want the transmitter and receiver, we can work something out. You also have a choice of motor. Stock 1500kv or stock 1800kv.
