I have a Dell Inspirion 8000 with charger and docking port. COA for Windows XP. This doesnt have wireless- BUT you can buy a wireless USB adapter for $10 at Wal Mart
Battery DOES infact hold a charge. Not sure how long the laptop will go on the battery though. Depends on what you are doing and for how long.
Laptop is in excellent shape- no cracks, breaks, etc. Thing is built like a tank! ONLY issue I can see is a light blue line looks to be a pixel running vertical is out. Not huge but its there.
Comes with the Docking station as well.
