    Epv 135 nypd rtr 1300$

    Hello Guys,

today I'm offering a RTR boat from a friend of mine. Its his EPV 135 with a NYPD paint job.

The hull is glass but very very strong laminated. The paint job looks basically fine but don't expect quality as from the Airbrushalley or Oversprayer. Building itself was done pretty good, the interior has a nice layout, check the pictures.

    So:
    -hull: EPV 135 GFK
-size: 54" (same class as MHZ Mystic 1380 and HPR 135)
    -design: NYPD
-hardware: MTC rudder and modified drives
    -motors: 2x Leopard 5698
    -ESC: 2 Swordfish 240A
-driveline: 4.75mm flex shafts w. collet couplers
    -Emcotec Killswitch
    -DS 9500 digital servo

The boat comes ARTR, missing the lipos and a set of suitable props (eg Octura 450/3).

Price: $1300 + shipping (worldwide possible, UPS, FedEx,...)

For the rest check the pictures.

    regards,
    Manuel

My recommendation would be 2x 9S, so 9S for each motor and props from X450/3 to X457.

          regards,
          Manuel

Hey I forgot to ask what kv are the motors,
And what speeds do you think with this setup on two 8s 35c 3800mah cells,
And how much run time do you think ?
            ? ONLY IF THEY WORK

              Hello,

I'm pretty sure they have 1100kv (5698/3D) but I'll ask. On 8S each and props around Octura X450/3 speeds between 75-80mph should be possible. I do only think that 35C 3800mAh cells might be a little small, I'd recommend to use 5000mAh 40C cells.

Runtime with the 3800mAh definitely short, maybe 3min??

              And for the rest:
              Price drop: 1200$ + shipping

              regards,
              Manuel

EPV was a former company in germany producing powerboats, they were known for their Joker Design cats like EPV 135, EPV 160 and EPV 185 (73" !!) as well as some monos including the CESA 1882 with almost 100".
But as far as I know they ran out of money and most of the moulds and rights were bought from another company. So these hulls are rare and out of production for quite some time.

                      regards,
                      Manuel
