I'm very interested...can you tell me a bit about it? I don't know the model of boat. How big is it and what's it made of?
What do I need to do to it other than put a motor in it? I'd like to set up a boat for my kids (7&9)...what do you think?

OK, now that I've READ your post, it's 24" and ABS plastic.
I don't see any tx/rx....is that what I get? :)
