I recently made a deal with forum member G. Rose. He wanted my Tactic radio with 3 rxs for $75, but had two hulls for sale for $88/pair. I offered to trade the tx + 3rxs for the two hulls and make a paypal payment to him for the difference. He accepted my offer, and we both agreed to ship on 02-17-12 and provide tracking to each other that day. I did just that, I shipped UPS, sent a $13 payment to his paypal, and Provided him with the tracking number 1Z603YY30375018264 on 02-17-12. He did not provide me with a tracking number.
Early in the morning on 02-21-12 (after waiting 4 days and hearing nothing from him), I sent him a PM asking if he had a tracking number for the hulls. At the end of the day, I noticed that he had posted on his other for sale threads, but neglected to respond to my PM. That night (02-21-12), I posted to the thread that I purchased the boat from asking if he received my PM:

Still, no response. Last night (02-22-12), I sent him one final PM, stating my concern for his lack of response and failure to follow through with what he stated. I asked that he please send me a response, regardless of the shipping circumstance, as soon as possible.
It is now 02-23-12, and not only have I not received a response, but I continue to see G. Rose post in his other for sale threads. His package has now been delivered and accepted, paypal has been sent, and I have yet to get even a response from him.
I reccomend not sending G. Rose payment or a trade at this point as his business ethics are obviously questionable at best. It's a shame we have to do this, and over such small peanuts. I gave every opportunity I could before posting this in public, but at this point I think it's fair that I warn others.
