Sand the bottom of the hatch lip and teh top of the threaded insert and put them through the bottom like this:

Drill a tight 1/4" hole, apply epoxy to the thread insert, push them through the holes, bolt the hatch on...whenit dries you should be all set!

Should I clean the area where the seal is going with anything?

It's a good idea, but you don't have to do anything special. The adhesive on the seal is very strong, and it won't be removable without ruining the seal once you put it on.

                  Keith,

I am looking at a full 4 piece kit and also a seal for my Atomik ARC... I will get some measurements and shoot you a pm... think a four bolt is sufficient on the 58" cat??? or should it be a 6 bolt??? the kits look awesome... keep up the good work!!!
                  How do you LAKE it?

                    Hello,

First post here at OSE. Do you still have the black available? Also I would like the weather seal, approx 48". Thanks!

                    Ian

I just noticed this Rpedro. Did I respond to this yet? If not, sorry. I must have missed the thread bumb.
I would reccomend at least a 6 bolt. I actually run 8 on my 73" Mystic.
