Hi no they are not new but i realy had not used them to much but they are all 100% perfect working order .
I had them in some boats but only used them a few times over the past year and a half I did give them a coat of corrosion X so they won't get messed up if you get water on them I never had one get wet also .
If you need them they are 100% good hey if you or anyone gets them i will throw in some of my grease you can use on your drives also!
