    1717 Air Version Brand New

SOLD SOLD SOLD SOLD TO FIGHTERCAT!!!
    http://fightercat57.freeforums.org/

Ok I know they just had a black Friday event... but I bought this when they were $70 plus shipping.... and friday is passed... , now the sale may be over? So I will sell this for the $70 I paid and cover the shipping...

Its a Brand New Never Fired Air Version 1500kv... I have the 1580 buggy version with a OSE jacket and don't know that I will use this one..... as we all know these motors are monsters... I bet this version would make an excellent "big" outboard motor as it would be easy to spray out with the holes already in the endplates... or make your own jacket or just fan cool it.... open endbell should help dissipate heat well...

    $70 shipped in the US....

I'd be interested in a PAIR of 1717 air motors. Have another to match with this one?

Actually... I'll take it... and another if you've got one. =)

OK, send me your PP info. Or let me know if you want to trade for something. I just got a ton of new stock in.

Think this will do OK in a UL-1?

Sold sold sold.... LOL.... The UL-1 will be tore a new %*#! if you put this beast in her.... I think the 1512 would work nice to bad the higher kv model wasn't on sale... the 1800kv 1512 is only $60 and the 1512 isn't as long as the other 15XX's so I think you could use the stock UL-1 mount without having to stiffen up the mounting points of the mount to hull area that much..., ...... but 5s on the 1800kv $60 1512 would make her scream... I've never owned a ul-1 so I don't know how big of batts she can hold....

Heh. I totally forgot about this!

Coin toss on what it's going in... either in a Daytona Sport or in a UL-1.

Too much for a UL1. Besides it would mess up the COB terribly and a CC/Neu1515 or Leopard 4074 is about the real limit. That is if you want it to perform well.

I figured as much. It's still always fun thinking of overkill.

I'm it will make a great motor for the Daytona (Genesis).
