2) Custom faceplate for 36+40mm and support for 40mm. This was one of my earlier projects. The milled out side is not completely smooth and will require a little work. However, the other side is flat. You would also have to drill and tap the side holes. I will not make side plates for these. They are 59mm wide and made from 1/4" with about 60% milled through. Again, these are not perfect. You will see what the project would have been in the picture below.

Although Christmas 2016 has past I hope these parts are available. I have a Bridgeport clone to make the side plates.
