Thanks for the videos Bill. Great as usual.
I thought the Turnigy 40/50 C batteries would hold for a quick full pass to get an idea on setup for the rigger with the small prop.. Bummer, oh well lesson learned.
The Elm/Vegas has some major turn fin issues that needs corrected.
I think the Gremlins were with us today.Comment

Looks as if there's going to be a learning curve with the new camera. It puts out high resolution video but seems like it's a little out of focus to me. I shot the 1st few today in manual focus mode and appears that what I was seeing though the viewfinder did not match what the camera was recording to tape.
1st actual heat of the day. A round of LSO that had a "last man standing" finish.

2nd Heat is more LSO racing with the boats that didn't run in heat 1. It had to be split into two groups to have enough people for spotters for all the drivers.

Here's a round of 1/8 scale hydro. Ray Hugh & myself with my Miller American picking up up a solid 3rd place finish. No wait, it was a 2nd place after Ray's Proboat Formula did a little upside down trick on the back stretch.

This was actually the 1st video from today but wound up having to upload it a 2nd time before it would show up.
An early morning test run of Hugh's Aquacraft Revolt. I had to clip the 1st portion of it out as there was radio music in the background and didn't want to deal with the youtube "3rd party" issues.

Another round of P mono with Brian, Ray and myself. If not for the buoy cut I would have had this one sewn up. I had to settle for 2nd behind Brian and only got that since Ray cut a buoy too.

A round of Q with Brian, Jeremy & Rich. Rich had technical difficulties at the start so it wound up being a 2 man race. Brian's win. He's got his Sprintcat cooking now.
This is where I'm calling it quits for the night. YouTube has been uploading really slow and it's past my bedtime. More to come tomrrow evening after work.Comment

Since I woke up early going to try to get a few more vids up before heading out to work.
Here's a round of P twins with "Team Red Bull" dominating the lead until Chris had a little mishap on the back straight. Lucky for me mine went safely under his when it flipped.

The "big dogs" come out to play with Brian's Sniper 45 and my 47" Promise Hobby mono. Brian's Sniper might be just a little too fast for it's own good.

Another round of LSO with more boats and more carnage in the wind & chop.

More LSO action. I need to figure out what I did different here as this is probably the best looking video of the day.

Ran the Cheetah on 5s in Q today. If they decide to have a "synchronized crashing" event at the Olympics this year, Brian and I are ready for it.
