If I were starting over with a BJ29 or MG29... I'd remove the battery trays, and then install new ones, but I'd angle them downward towards the outside of the hull. This would make it much easier to slide the packs in and out. Might give you a tad more room too....

I got a phone call from Ken Haines last night... He WON P-Ltd OPC Tunnel! He's been chasing a National Championship for years now, and I COULDN'T BE MORE THRILLED FOR HIM!! It sounds like he and David Newland had a hell of a battle!!

Ron, Ken didn't run a vs1, that was me and TJ.That was the Nats tunnel that he wrecked at the shootout!!!

BTW...TJ got 1st and I got 2nd in that class w our old school vs1's.

thanks Jeff I didn't see Ken wreck so just figured (maybe I saw him throw in a vs-1) it was his boat....vs-1 wins down there every spring it seems....something always seems to happen to the much faster tunnels and they don't finish....vs-1 chugs like the train engine that could...and wins the class lol
