I'm hoping Smock doesn't attend..I don't think he can handle the pressure of a real race and would break down and cry, curled up in the fetal position sucking his thumb and mumbling incoherently.... requiring the services of professionals in white coats and padded rooms once he gets back home (reverse psychology intended)
