Everyone starts somewhere... You can't learn to drive in racing conditions until you... well... Race! Give it a try. Most if not all are more than willing to help. The BIGGESTED key in my opinion is your spotter when your driving. A good spotter will help you get around the course as a "newbee". Heat racing can me very rewarding and motivating!

Howard, still have to clear it with headquarters but I'm relatively confident that wont be a problem.
Put me down for:
P Limited Hydro
P Mono
LSO (Limited Sport Offshore 4 minutes)
Q Sport Hydro
I wanted to do open hydro but there's no way I'll be even close to ready. I might throw in for open mono if I can get that ridiculous NS4 figured out by then. I screwed that thing totally up. Replaced the driveline again now.
Anybody want to do P limited mono? I have a fresh one I'm building right after the Shootout.
Bass, do NOT be afraid to race with any of these guys. FE guys are a different breed of humanity. They'll help you on the course, help you find the sweet spot with your setup, and wont even yell at you if you saw them in half. The OH guys in particular put up with my horrific driving for years. Wait........they still are.Noisy personComment
