    One "CRANKIN" Fast Sniper

    Here is Peter's Sniper from our runs yesterday. 102 kmph
    This boat is amazing how it takes the turns.

      my in head formula say half the kmph and add 20% which puts this boat at around 60 mph

        Sorry Brian the Apache stuff has been moved to the Apache thread and yes 60mph is probably pretty close

                60MPH= 96km/h so this is well over 60mph.
                Just googled its 63.37mph!

                  Hi Peter,

                  Nice, the ride attitude is perfect! Good prop choice also, that's what I picked for heat racing. If I really wanted to make a statement a 462 with a bit of cup was the way to go.

                  My only suggestion would be to take a bit of steering out of it otherwise excellent job.

                    Thanks for the input Paul....yes the steering is a bit to sensitive , actually your red Killawatt Sniper was my inspiration to build this one............ when you originally posted on RRR

                    Tyler no sorry I have not but I do believe I still have the pictures somewhere on my hard drive , It is near impossible to get any real spare time lately between work , machining requests and just the general model thing . one day I still would like a crack at them
