Did you have the stock foam that comes in the boat up front or no foam up there.

        That’s running well.
I’m thinking after mine comes back from the body shop I can get 70+ with the castle 2200kv

TFL Pursuit hits 76mph on 6s.

It was too windy and I probably shouldn't have been trying to run on the extreme edge with this boat, but I ran it anyways and I got a new personal best speed of 76mph by the data logger and 75mph by the GPS device. I ran the boat yesterday and got 74.7mph but this run tops that one so I won't be uploading that run. At this speed the boat needs almost glass water or it can get upset pretty quick. It handles very well in the 65mph range on any waters but when you get over 70mph is when it gets dicey. The temps were 115° motor and 123° on the ESC on this run.

                    World's fastest 6s TFL Pursuit 79mph!

True for True this is the World's Fastest 6s TFL Pursuit as of 11/16/18 (with no edits or cuts in the video). The boat got 79mph by the data logger and 78mph by the GPS device. The first" teaser pass" leading into the start of the video was my run right before this one and the max speed from the data logger on that run was 78mph and the gps was 77.2mph.

you need to give this boat more of a run up as you could gain more top end speed, looks like it was a hairy short ride . try and use a good 100 meters / yards for a good run. great speed though for one of those hulls.

Thanks Ron! Yea, I know that run started off bad from the get go and I was thinking as I took off if it would have flipped on me I really didn't want to have to rescue it from across the lake, so I hesitated about 1/4 way on pass #1 when I realized that I didn't line the boat up where I wanted it to go, but I went ahead with it anyways trying to correct it a little and that totally screwed my first pass up. I normally shoot for a 400ft + WOT pass but that didn't happen this time. Maybe next time...

yes as the SAW guys would say , you must have long straights plus have the model trimmed so no rudder input is needed to keep going straight, speed is lost. I reacon you can hit the 80 plus mark with some more trimming and or better quality lipo pack.

Here is a 4s run...I guess 54.2mph isn't too bad with old worn out packs.
