Hey,
Just a heads up.
I added some weight to the Rio today and lowered the trim tabs 1/32",
And I hit 44.1 mph and backed it up with a 44.0 mph gps.
I just may try propping up some now that it is running stable at full throttle now.
Bend over I will show you.
I am not sure if I got it on video today,
Because the cam prompted me,
That it was low on memory as I was recording today.
If not I will do it again and maybe prop up some too,
And see what that does for speeds.
Nope,
I just looked to see what I caught with it.
The video I got was when the LV kicked in on last run on the pack.
And it run a 41.1mph gps and video of that.
That Rio is a monster, it's a testament to Aquacraft and your skills to get this boat running like this and the fact the you've had it for years now!!! Seen it in action a few times and never gets old! Keep it up Lenny!!
It is just such a fun boat to mod and learn from,
And than watching how it handles after a little more tweaking to it.
Oh Yeah,
Just beware of the sea monsters that are coming out of hibernation now.
On this day when it was running,
I saw a painted turtle as big as the Rio and tried to keep an eye on it.
But still push the speeds some with out hitting the natural born U-boat under the water.
