    41" Fightercat Fantasm

Just doing some testing, running at a low voltage so it's not really fast but seems to handle quite well. I will be running higher voltage tomorrow weather permitting and hopefully getting another vid:

Everyone says I need a bigger lake.lol. It's not much of a problem at this speed though. When I up the voltage and start trying to get some speed out of her, the lake will seem smaller and smaller. If I were running in a larger area, I think I could keep the throttle pinned while turning, but there's not enough room to do that with a catamaran here.
I will eventually take it out into bigger water when I start going for higher speed. Anything above 70's gets pretty difficult in that little lake...It's a fun place for fast monos though. You get an adrenaline rush from running in a small area like that.

Keith is that Sharp Park near Lansing? Raced there at the MI Cup one time. Everyone said it was the Bristol of FE racing Cool place though.

The boat looks great. Do you mind telling what your running for power? Is it twins?

Yeah it's Sharp Park. Fun little place to run.
I'm running 910kv Fighter Cat 3000watt outrunners and 80A/100v Fighter Cat ESCs. It is a twin setup, with a pair of FC 448 props. The first vid was on 8s, this one's on 10s. I'm slowly moving up to see how these ESCs handle the load. So far they are right around ambient temperature after running. The lipos are actually the warmest things in the boat. I plan on running some different props soon and 12s a little later. This hull is so stable...it should handle 80mph without much effort at all.

What idiot gives a perfectly fine FE boat video a "dislike"? Hahahaha. It's always amazing to see what responses you get from videos.
FYI- Speed was in the low 60s in the second vid. It's a pretty stable boat at that speed, but it was running a bit wet as well. There was a pretty heavy/gusty wind here today and I was a bit nervous and became over-cautious. I haven't put any floatation in the boat yet, so I want to keep it low-risk until I do.

These cats are a great alternative to a HPR or MHZ, for sure.

For sure! I took it out yesterday (my son wasn't w/me so no video) after making some changes and went 69mph. It was as stable as can be. I also did some high speed cornering and it carved it up. Best handling cat I've had to date.
