Beautiful pool but he's gonna need a bigger pond! He's only getting about 1/2 the speed out of the boat. Haha.

Just excited to try the boat inour oversized bath tub :). We hope to take both boats to Sentoza this weekend. I just need to get the White Mini Hydro all ready, and look forward to having lots of fun, for sure.

MiniCatRacingUSA Customer Service sure is #1. THANKS Jim!

I understand that previously, Micro Hydros were equipped with a 30A ESC and 2600kv 2-pole BL motor, and a Flex shaf with a 3mm prop shaft and drive dog.The Viper 4-pole 3200kv and Tenshock 40A run Cool, it is my Lipo's that seem to get slightly warm.

I like how easy and logical it is to change settings on the ESC, via the program card. Even at default settings, I already like how the boat accelerates. I honestly agree that this boat really needs a huge pond as I managed to do split second bursts in a 30 meter Pool.

Here's a photo of the Boat.

What size lipo are you using? We suggest a 2100-2200mah pack. If using smaller, it will run pretty hot.

It's a 1350 3s. A very lite pack and the battery gets slightly warm.

THANKS! First, I thought red and silver with black borders, then I thought maybe white instead of silver, to better see the boat. I am genuinely glad that it turned out Ok.

I agree! The high pitch of Viper 3200kv 4-pole somewhat mimics a similarly aggressive sound on a small scale, as well.

I finally got the 3S 2200 25C packs the other day and had them in CF Hydro and the White Hydro doing quick runs yesterday. Both CF and White Hydro were running at high speed and sure caught the attention of a lot of tourist spectators at the beach resort. Well we had to stop after 2 packs for safety reasons.* Some spectators swam and positioned themselves closer to the boat. I really don't know what were they thinking.

*I really wanted to post a second video but did not have the opportunity.

Anyway, regarding the 2200 3S Lipos, the size sure did fit nicely and packed more than enough to throw strong punches. I did swap the 4mm threaded driveshaft for the 3mm shafts on stock 30mm plastic propellers on the CF Hydro. A friend fitted the White Hydro with a Seaking 60A(fits but quite heavier). CF Hydro went Faster without overheating, either Motor or ESC. Seems like the new ESC + Motor configuration + 30mm propeller is Optimized. Battery was very slightly warm, which is think is normal?

                      Thanks for the Recommendation!

If there is one thing both Mico Hydros are very capable of, it's rippin' for sure!

what do you think run times would be with a 2200mah pack?
                            thanks
