I know it's nothing new, but I put in larger cooling lines, an aluminum cooling jacket and I increased the size of the water inlet.

Still nice looking boats!!! I realy love the KOS, always wanted one but never have the money,, those cooling lines look good but you should use Y's instead of T's to help keep the flow moving if you need some i have some extras i can send you after x-mas..
