Newton 102 VS 103 plans

Gentlemen. I am looking to build a Newton 102 hull. Unfortunately, Mike at MLBoatworks doesnt make the 102 hull in 1/10th scale. What are the differences between the 102 and 103 hulls? Could I make a 102 hull from the 103 kit? Thank you for your input.
