handeling better counter clock wise?

Hi Guy's This thing shimmies side to side when trying to turn rocking badly back and fourth and it also is backwards why does it handle better counter clock wise? even in videos i also see everyone runing & turning this way?
Is there any way to get this thing to handle any better?
