After much use I have had a stress crack show up in the bottom of my hull in the gel coat. I am going to repaint the hull (rattle can) and would like to know if it is ok to just sand the hull and primer,paint and clearcoat or should I do something to the actual crack? It is one crack that runs perpendicular to the rail about 3" long. I have searched and found a lot of people saying they had the same thing but nothing on how to actually repair besides pouring the 2 part foam which I will do this time around. Any help is really appreciated!
