That twin will give you a kick man! Just make sure you put a large gas tank because those babies sucks up gas twice as much too! hehehe! Run times is definitely longer than any electric boat. Somebody just sold a twin rcmk 520 at the Dock.

Metal flakes are nice - unfortunately for me it would be hard to replicate correctly for nicks, scratches, dents and repairs.
Your good in painting and an all-white color is the cheapest option. Dont you wanna do your airbrush graduation of yellow, orange to red? I've seen that in a R-42. Tons of pics in the net. Monojeff has many windshield options for the R-42.

.........and speaking of paint, my first gasser "Geico" is no more. Motor was taken out for service, so I took the opportunity of removing all the hardware for a repaint. It developed a lot of paint 'stress' cracks and that unsightly damage that it got from Stephen's boat. It took about 3 days of sanding off that fluorescent green off and now my boat is in all white primer.

Mac you should mod your hull with some spikes all around it,
This way if any one, Val, Comes near your boat they will pay the price.

And the twin did not come with the pro cat hull.

I like the purple with metal flakes. But I'm I'm looking at a carbon/Kevlar hull. I sold my SM29. I'm sure that's something I'll regret!

Hey guys,I've got a handicapped bud here that has my old MG setup and wants opinions on a good cat hull to put it in. So we are looking at small and cheap I would think.I was thinking Lynx from FC but...

He is in a powered wheel chair so small and light is better for in/out of water. It will be his first build.

Jeesh, I only noticed now - but did you get to fix the front of that cat already?
Yeah, I agree with Stephen - a 50" hull will be perfect (translates to fast!) for an in-line twin!

2 Wheel or 4 wheel drive wheel chair ?
Just thinking out loud to come up with something for him,
For a easy launch and retrieval for him with his chair.
First thought was long and strong antennas for him to hold on to or something like that,
Or some good magnets in the hull and a T pole with magnets to hold on to and launch and retrieval.
Need some testing with these ideas, Need to put ones self in his shoes so to speck.

Thanks for the thoughts Lenny. He does have a 4 wheel drive chair.I think it is Palsey that he has.It is good fun to get him at the water for a afternoon.I just can't take any real fast boats to that lake/park.

I thought it was where you run most of the time.
So small and tame at the no wake zone park.
