I think the bolt are 3mm,
Same as whats on my impulse 31 and same hardware,
But I just leave a bolt out instead of the plastic bolt for now and snug up the one bolt.
S/B/P = Sharped , balanced , polished.

Yes, thats correct Lenny - with FE its mostly 3mm. For gassers, its 4mm.
There's a place nearby here called "King Bolt" - I always stock up on stainless 3mm and 4mm allen bolts and lock nuts in various lengths.

Nahh, they dont sell plastic bolts. That normally comes with the kit of the rudder. So far, Ive never replaced any of mine yet. I also have some kick back rudders - the lower rudder mounting has a slit, sorta looks like a hook - like a Nike logo swish that when your rudder hits something, it pivots up.
This is very common with gas hardware - too many times I've seen gas boats when retrieved their rudders are up (obviously they hit something down there) - but you just return it by hand and you're good to go.
But I've also seen rudders that have been twisted and bent sideways - worse is the 6" long rudder bracket looking like a banana. In a way, its a lot easier for us if part of the transom rips as its easier for us to fix and get back to running by next week rather than ordering a part and waiting 2-3 weeks till it arrives.
One thing i've learned, you gotta have spares!
Jason - hey bud, whatever happened to that damaged gas Cat you got months ago? Did you get to fix her up?
I maybe in a position to be handed a F-41 Stryker Cat that has a badly damaged left sponson - upper half completely gone. Left bottom ride pads got damages too. If I get to fix her up, I guess I have a 4th gas boat!
