Im about done in shopping my parts for my 3rd gasser - so just waiting for them to arrive. When it gets completed, I'll be bugging you thru email with this twin project if I still decide to do it by then. Lets hope! If not, lets see how the komodo runs on a single T600 or 4082.
Could I possibly work with 2 T180s instead? Just asking as I still have one. Heck, the FC 240 might be even cheaper than dual T180s, no?

You could run duals.That is what I do in the Shocker.The 180's are just a little bulky.I have twin Swordy 200's in mine.Guess you better mold two hulls at the same time so I can build along side you.

ED,in my reading on the new hull,the BlackJack strut assembly is the one you should grab.On the Mystic they changed the servo around a bit from the Geico.On the BJ they put it back.I haven't seen it but Darrin mentioned it.

Skyman nice slash parts,, but keep in mind aluminum parts bend and cause more stress on the suspension of the truck!!! I built a LST all aluminum just to look cool and trust me trucks withstand more of a beating with the plastic stuff, everything can flex and not bend or brake but i do love the look of all aluminum.. I agree with Mac, do all the body work on your MG then start putting it together, it will be much easyer if you dont have gear on it and electrics inside to work around..
I used to get the old BoatModeler Magazine and loved it, i actauly still have a stack of them here somewhere, i cant wate for it to come out...

I'm not putting aluminum everywhere don't worry. A-arms, bumpers, nerf bars and body posts are RPM

I was looking at prices before and saw the mystic offset rudder assembly but not much pics ........... till I did another research now.

I think they sell just the strut for around $20 - $25
They also sell the rudder for around $20
They do offer the offset rudder (offset bracket with rudder only) for about $30.

So the complete offset Mystic strudder will set you back $50-$55?
